Our quality parts are manufactured by our sister company, also based in Sheffield, all parts are manufactured in-house, from laser cutting on our fiber machine, machining on our CNC lathes & machine centers to our own heat treatment facility, with us having full control of all aspects of production we can guarantee the quality of the parts. All parts are manufactured under the Made in Sheffield license.

Tungsten Carbide
We recently installed a state of the art facility for the application of Tungsten Carbide, offering this as a subcontract service.
This allows us to prepare agricultural wear parts for working in tougher environments. To add further protection to protect the castings from wearing quick we braze our parts with tungsten carbide to increase the lifespan of the finished product.
